Purchases are non-refundable once purchased unless there is a problem with the product. This is highly unlikely as most items will be handled by a human who would identify an issue before being sent.
If the contents have an issue after opening contact us for a return authority where we will inspect the item upon return to us.
If your purchase has been lost by courier we will resend your order once the courier has verified the item has been lost.
Generally we don't exchange products that you have recieved because liquor is considered a food and exchanges become a hygiene and health risk. If the item you purchase has not left our premises for delivery, then an exchange is possible.
