Purchases are non-refundable once purchased unless there is a problem with the product. When single items are packed we will identify an issue before sending, but if whole sealed cartons are sent it may be possible there's an issue with a bottle inside that has not been inspected. Contact us immediately if there's a problem.
In the unlikely event that an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us immediately to sort it out.
If the contents have an issue after opening contact us and send a photo.
Damaged cartons and items
Please check the carton when it is delivered. If it appears to have been damaged or is leaking/wet, stop the courier from leaving and open it in front of them. Refuse to accept the goods if they are damaged and the courier can return them
If your purchase has been lost by courier we will resend your order once the courier has verified the item has been damaged or lost.
Generally we don't exchange products that you have recieved because liquor is considered a food and exchanges become a hygiene and health risk. If the item you purchase has not left our premises for delivery, then an exchange is possible.
