Specially selected 1993spirit was re-casked into an Oloroso sherry cask for about 18 months andcarefully monitored by the Distillery Manager prior to bottling.
Described as having a deep amber colour with atoffee, butterscotch and vanilla sweetness to the nose but when water is addeda fruity and sweetly fragrance is released. A dry and fresh, mouth drying andspicy taste which when water is added gives a nuttiness to the taste.
Perfect with or without water indeed a verydrinkable dram!
