Nose: fresh figs and moist barley, a hint of clove
Taste: The nose tells you whats coming and there is no disappointment: massive malt surge, mouthwatering and refreshing
Finish: beautifully textured finish as the barley unites with the light oak
Comment The sheer brilliance of this whisky is its simplicity. Limited colouring interference and a severe lack of sherry means that the barley can do as it pleases and pleases it does.
