Olifant Dry Gin is produced by distilling pure grain spirit with 3 different flavour groups of botanicals. The 3 groups once combined create this very enjoyable gin. The first group of botanicals are very spicy. The second group is soft and floral and the third has fresh flavours.
The Botanicals include:
Italian juniper berries
Angelica root
Cut liquorice
Cinchona
Absinthe
Violet root
Coriander
Fennel seed
Lavender flowers
Olifant Dry Gin can be served straight up on ice, and is excellent with tonic water, but is also a great base ingredient for the traditional cocktails and long-drinks.
