Aged a few weeks in sauternes and cognac barrels, Excellia Blanco has a bright, clear colour with pale gold tones.
The nose reveals notes of brioche, tobacco and cloves.
On the palate, Excellia Blanco is complex with a mixture of spiced flavours, vanilla, fruits and leather.
The finish is long in the middle of the mouth and presents subtle notes of jasmine and dried spices.
Excellia Blanco dares to introduce, with expertise, the delicate savours which one usually meets in the tequilas of Añejos or Extra-Añejos, without losing the traditional accent and the force of the Blanco category.
Excellia Blanco is floral and vibrating with superbly smooth texture and has very complex Agave character. Jean-Sebastien Robicquet
