DOT AU has redefined the term 'quality vodka'. By becoming the first premium all-Australian vodka that utilises the finest natural ingredients that encompass the unique qualities of this vast, open and unspoilt land. World renowned Queensland sugar and pure deep Victorian spring water have been married, triple distilled and cold filtered with ancient Australian elements to produce this pure, smooth and deliciously tasting vodka.
The origins of DOT AU are owed to a long forgotten Russian, who produced possibly the first Russian-style vodka in Australia back in the 1850s. One of his decendants went to war and traded the vodka recipe with a Scot in the British Army and that recipe passed on for a few generations, finally landing back in Australia with Scottish immigrants.

Clear. Mild tarragon, lemon verbena, and white pepper aromas. A smooth, silky entry leads to a glycerous, dry-yet-fruity medium body of candied lime zest, cream, tarragon, and green peppercorns. Finishes with a long spicy sweet fade of verbena and powdered sugar. Very appealing, delicate, and elegant citrus and herb flavors with a great texture. Serve in martinis or gimlets.
