Darnley's View is the first London Dry gin with elderflower. It's traditionally distilled 5 times, with six carefully selected botanicals ~ principally juniper, lemon peel and elderflower, with the addition of angelica root, orris root and coriander.
The story of the name begins in Scotland, 1565: Mary Queen of Scots first spies her future husband, Lord Darnley, through the courtyard window of Wemyss Castle, the historic family seat of renowned vintners and spirits merchants, the Wemyss family (pronounced “Weems”). Wemyss is the creator of Darnley's View London Dry Gin.
