Australia's Largest Whisky Distillery

Hellyers Road Distillery is located on the North coast of of Tasmania. It's Australia's largest Single Malt Whisky Distillery, set up in the 1990s. Today it produces four expressions of malt whisky - Original, Pinot Noir Finish, Slightly Peated and Peated. Hellyers Road single malt whiskies express a sense of pure Tasmanian nature and a uniqueness to enjoy. The whiskies have very pure and 'clean' flavour, developed from the barley along with  complexity from their time in ex-bourbon barrels.
